Tom's Kitchen is the younger sister of the Michelin Starred Tom Aikens restaurant. The modern British brasserie serves comfort food favorites in a cozy and informal environment, from breakfast to dinner. You can be assured of the food quality here because the restaurant uses the very best seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Tom's Kitchen works with British suppliers and farmers that are as passionate about growing as the chefs are about cooking. The place has a very comfortable atmosphere to relax and order dishes for the table to share. Good food brings people together! Don't worry too much about putting your best dress on, everyone here is from the wealthy Chelsea neighborhood but is very down to earth.

We recommend: Steak tartare, chicken liver parfait and an espresso crème brûlée for a dessert. Or, start with the fish pie with macaroni and cheese and finish it off with a sticky toffee pudding.

Cuisine: modern,  British.

Atmosphere: relaxed / home-like.

The crowd: Chelsea and Knighsbridge residents, posh students, progressive expats, businessmen dressed in casual outfits, families with children.

Key info: The place has special opening hours.  Mon-Fri 8.00-11.30 a.m. for breakfast, 12.00-2.30 p.m. for lunch, 6.00-10.30 p.m. for dinner.
