NYM Yoga & SPA

Nym Yoga Studio established its reputation not only as a place to practice yoga but also to socialise. You feel at home here: vegetarian bar, cute little shop, small library and children's corner. Nym also offers vegetarian cooking classes and movie sessions. It is a true community for those who think alike. There is a great selection of yoga classes, however, Jivamukti is the new 'must-practice' here. The movement was founded by David Life and Sheron Gannon.

Jivamukti is a whole system, based on spiritual rather than physical envolvement.  It incorporates both singing of mantra and meditation. To achieve the power, with a capital P, one must dedicate himself to an hour of intensive and dynamic workout.
