Food meets design inside new Milan haunt Bistro Aimo e Nadia – a collaboration between chefs Alessandro Negrini and Fabio Pisani from two-Michelin-starred Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia and one of the most influential avant-garde design gallerist Rossana Orlandi.
The interior is wildly eclectic, a mix of periods, materials and styles that brings into focus why Orlandi is so good. Amidst exotic prints and precious wall decor, guests can enjoy a selection of favorite Italian classics from breakfast to dinner.
Cuisine: contemporary Italian.
We recommend: raw tartare of young beef; risotto with fresh white truffle; red shirmps served on white beans purée with green beets; caramelized apple with lemon cream and buckwheat biscuit.
Atmosphere: cozy/eclectic.
The crowd: creative types, designers, it-girls, local gourmands, travelers.
Key info: bistRo Aimo e Nadia is just next door to Galleria Rossana Orlandi on via Matteo Bandello.
