Blu Kouzina, an authentic Greek restaurant in Dempsey Hill is a favourite spot of many of The Vanderlust insiders based in Singapore. A bright space full of natural light coming through the floor-to-ceiling windows, vintage furniture and black and white mosaic floor - Blu Kouzina fully embodies the spirit of the Mediterranean.
You will find classic dishes on the menu prepared using original recipes and fresh ingredients including organic honey, oregano, sea salt and home-made olive oil produced in Messenia. The owners of the restaurant, Effie and Dennis Tsakiris took time to develop the menu and pay great attention to the quality of the products. You will find gluten- and dairy-free dishes on the menu as well as plenty of vegetarian options, marked with a special symbol. All dishes come in two sizes: full and half portion.
