This restaurant has a very sparse, trendy interior and is famous for its dim sum and stir-fry dishes, which have been attracting gourmands for the past 10 years. Its Michelin star is well-deserved!

We recommend: Dim sum with lobster and tobiko caviar or with spinach and shrimp. Admittedly, all varieties of dim sum on offer are delicious. If you like fried dim sum, try it with duck and pumpkin. If that seems boring, pepper chilli seafood with asparagus or king scallop with barbecue sauce will hit the spot. For vegetarians, there's a wide selection of noodles and stir-fried vegetables. The desserts deserve special attention, especially the Black Forest, the Apricot mille-feuille and the Mandarin macadamia.

For every dessert course, there's a suitable cocktail or liquor worth trying. And we simply can't neglect to mention the wide selection of teas.

Cuisine: contemporary Chinese/Asian

Atmosphere: trendy/casual

The crowd: designers, artists, celebrities, and gourmands

Key info: It's best to reserve a table in advance, otherwise you can have a snack at the long and very beautiful bar.
